When a buyer makes payment, the money is held securely in CoPay escrow. The seller only receives funds after the buyer confirms delivery (via OTP).
Yes. Buyers pay a small escrow fee on top of the listed price. Sellers always receive their full asking price in their CoPay wallet.
Payments are released once the buyer confirms delivery.
Refunds are processed instantly to the original payment method.
Mobile Money (M-Pesa, Airtel): KES 45 per withdrawal
Bank Transfer: KES 80 per withdrawal
If a transaction is cancelled or disputed, CoPay refunds the buyer instantly (minus the escrow service charge of KES 45).
